6-week fit out program in a busy shopping centre. Urban were main contractors on this site and had to engage with various client nominated contractors. Oliver Bonas liked to keep us on our toes as introduced new lighting layouts and decorative features on this site.
Works Undertaken
- Hoarding installation
- Rip out to leave a blank canvas
- Fully line walls prior to constructing partition walls and installation of MF ceilings to form changing rooms and staff facilities.
- New doors complete with all ironmongery
- Internal and external decorations including spraying shopfront, slab and painting new walls
- Electric upgrades and installation of lighting troughs for new lighting, cctv, data, HVAC, and fire alarm systems
- New signage
- Flooring throughout
- Install shop display equipment
