2-week total refurbishment. With the added pressure of working during a national shut and the size of the store H&S of the operatives was paramount. Staffing was kept to a minimum and we run the fit-out on a double shift pattern at times. The client did not want to lose any additional trading time so the works had to be completed so they could reopen once lockdown was lifted.

- Upgrade electrics to current legislation including new distribution board

- New custom-made glass balustrade on stairs
- Decorations throughout
- Two new kitchens
